Shopping Policies

Seattle Karaoke Enterprises, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any economic loss or injury to person or property that may result from the misuse, improper setup or failure of any product for purchase or rentals.

 

 

Return Policy:


Unopened Products:

Customers must contact us to obtain an RA# (return authorization number) prior to return. RA# must be posted on the box. Any returns without the proper RA# will be refused or returned (by C.O.D.) at the shipper's responsibility.

Music / Software:
Due to the nature of software sales and copyright laws, there are absolutely no refunds, returns, or
exchanges on Karaoke Music/Software (same item exchange only for items proven to be defective).
Music/Software include CDGs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, SCDGs, Laser Discs, Magic Mic Chips, Cassette
tapes and Computer Programs.

 

Equipment:
Unopened equipment returns must be sent out within fifteen days of the invoice date. A 35%
restocking fee will be deducted.
Returns must include sales invoice and be double packed in the original boxes with the packing materials as we shipped.
Customers are responsible for the costs of shipping, handling and insurance (including free shipping deals).

Defective Products:

Music/Software and Equipment:

Customers must contact us to obtain an RA# (return authorization number) prior to return. RA# must be posted on the box. Any returns without the proper RA# will be refused or returned (by C.O.D.) at the shipper's responsibility.

Defective items must be in the original condition, NO DAMAGES/ NO SCRATHCES, will be exchanged under Manufacture Warranty with same identical item within 30 days of the sales invoice date. Merchandise must include sales invoice and be double packed in the original boxes with the packing materials as we shipped.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges to Seattle Karaoke Enterprises, Inc. and/or the manufacturer.

If item is under warranty, SeattleKaraoke Enterprises, Inc. and/or the manufactrer will cover return shipping to customer.

If item defect cannot be comfirmed, return shipping must be covered by the Customer.

 

Important Return Notes:

1. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the sale invoice, and RA# on the shipping box.

2. All returns must be insured and the customer's responsible. Seattle Karaoke Enterprises, Inc. has no responsiblity for the returned packages until received by Seattle Karaoke.

3. Approximate processing time will be 2 to 4 weeks.

4. All accessories (microphones, sampler discs, remotes, cables, manual, etc) provided with equipment must be included with the return, also in the original condition.
